Villa Ioanna is a luxury villa house of 100m², built in a plot of 1000 m². Completed at late 2014 – early 2015 it will host its first guests in spring 2015. Located in Agia Efimia on a blossoming valley surrounded by mountains and hills enjoying the perfect island weather.
Our green colored villa has nothing to be jealous of its twin neighbor.
The house is brand new, orderly arranged and oriented to both village and valley offering a quiet and private environment. We equipped and furnished it carefully having in mind to provide a warmth and pleasuring atmosphere.
Villa can support up to 5 persons, children included. Both villa’s bedrooms are at the upper floor, the main bedroom has one double-size bed whereas the second one has two single beds. The living-room’s comfortable couch can be turned into bed. The spacious and bright bathroom and the functional kitchen complete the internal areas of the villa. The garden with the swimming pool together with the view will offer you pleasant and relaxing moments.
