Villa Avisania is located in the village of Markata. Build in an advanced higher point of the village enjoys unobstructed panoramic views over the whole valley of Pylaros, the sea and the village of Agia Efimia. Markata is part of the larger Village of Makriotika. Within the community area of Makriotika there are a school, a tavern, a mini market with a butcher shop, two petrol stations, supermarkets, a cafe, bakeries, cheese-makers, and auto mechanics.
Avisania villa is approximately 75 m², built in a plot of 500 m² and completed in summer of 2006. It has two bedrooms at the ground floor with a double and two twin beds. The living room is spacious and comfortable having a sofa bed that can sleep one guest. In the dining area there are a satellite TV (Nova channel), DVD, radio, CD-player, and a personal computer with free wireless Internet access.
The separate kitchen area has all the amenities of a modern infrastructure. The patio surrounding the villa provides two different sitting areas to enjoy the many vistas that lies beneath. The pool is just right there for your pleasure, while the barbecue outside invites you to unfurl your cooking skills.
